The Favor Bank is the most important aspect of our lives which allows us to create abundance in every area of those very important lives if we are truly living. Ignoring the Favor Bank brings people to a stand still, but they don't know why because it just seems so obtuse or too esoteric to most people!I read the article on the The Maverick Spirit with absolute amazement because I became so aware that my personal alignment with this principle of life is so strong, and the story related to how I think, feel and act in my own life.
I'd like to share some of that proof with you by way of a shameless, exciting snapshot of just one week in the life of Phil Evans.
But first, a brief overview of the past few years ....
Around 5 years ago I was in the depths of depression; anger due to self-pity; and quite emotionally immature. I made the choice to not suicide, even though that feeling was overwhelming at times, and to go out and help others who were in need of support, help and understanding. Life has taught me that I made a very good decision in those times of shaky uncertainty for me!
I started writing inspirational emails to 18 friends and family, that now go to thousands each week. That is such a fulfilling part of my life, and has led to hundreds of 'miracles' due to the Favor Bank Principle. Through that medium, I now counsel and mentor people all over the world via email, as they have chosen to reach out to someone who really cares about them .... without any other agenda.
About three years ago I started People Stuff, which is a Newcastle-based business with a website containing about 4,000 inspirational articles now.
For the past three years I have been working with long-term unemployed groups and a variety of community-based groups of less-than-fortunate people; running Personal Empowerment Courses; and spending many hours each week 'planting seeds'. That term can really be translated into 'making deposits into the Favor Bank'. Relentlessly making deposits .... knowing that one day, in some way, the rewards would flow into my life in abundance!
My inspirational emails have led directly, and indirectly, to the following experiences in my life.
